The Upgraded Hydraulic Brake System for Mini Bike Baja Doodlebug DB30 features a 50-inch hose and hydraulic upgrade from the cable-actuated caliper. This kit provides a lot more clamping force on the rotor than the old mechanical cable calipers. Due to manufacturing tolerances in these Mini Bikes, you may need to adjust the caliper to achieve a proper alignment. The kit is for use on the left side of the 7/8" handlebars.

The Hydraulic Disc Brake Kit is suitable for the 97cc 2.8HP Baja Doodle bug DB30 Mini Bike & Go Kart. It includes a 75-tooth #35 Rear Chain Sprocket Cog, Front Disc Brake Caliper, Rear Brake Pads, and a 40-tooth #35 Rear Drive Chain Sprocket. The package also includes a Pull Recoil Start.
